1 c Old Fashioned Oats
3/4 c Packed Light Brown Sugar
1/2 c White Flour
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 Stick of Butter, melted
Fresh peaches, peeled, and sliced. Enough to make a layer or two.
A couple tablespoons each of flour and old fashioned oats.
A dash each of cinnamon and nutmeg.
2 c Old Fashioned Oats
1 1/2 c Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 c White Flour
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 1/2 Stick of Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Mix all of the dry ingredients for the bottom crust until blended.
Add melted butter and stir until combined.
Press bottom crust into a 13x9 pan (no need to grease the pan)
Prepare filling by placing your peaches (or other farm fresh fruit) into a ziplock bag.
Add remaining filling ingredients to the ziplock, and toss until the peaches are covered.
Spread your peaches over the bottom crust in as thick or as thin a layer as you like- I love it with a lot of fruit!
Prepare the top crust in the same manner as the bottom crust, and sprinkle over the fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
